Hi, I'm Orlando Gutierrez and I'm the Head of Trading here at Forex Trading Essentials. I have been trading for over 5 years. I started from zero and taught myself how to trade over the first 5 years whilst working a 9-5 job at an ONG.

I studied Economics in University and I knew that I could use my strong knowledge in macroeconomics to profit from the currency markets.  I started looking for free education online and tried a whole lot of different day trading systems based on indicators and quickly realized this wasn't for me.

After various failed attempts at using other trader's systems I strarted developing my own. After years of testing and back testing I landed on the ‘FXTE Strategy’, which is a simple approach to market structure using key levels and volume to profit from mid to long term moves.

I created Forex Trading Essentials to help you get there too. There is enough room in this business for everybody to profit together and this is why I'm building this community.
